Yamaha RD400C 1976

SOLD | £8,995

The RD400 was produced by Yamaha from 1976 until 1979. It evolved directly from the Yamaha RD350, which evolved into the RD400C in 1976, the “D” and “E” in ’77–’78 and the final model, the white RD400F in 1979. The RD400C was the first motorcycle by a major manufacturer to be fitted with cast wheels. This particular RD400C is a UK bike and has undergone a lot of work over the last 9 years, including an engine rebuild. The bike has covered just 24,505 miles and is presented in beautiful condition.
